Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has a part time 15 to 18.75 hours per week opening for Asset Management Assistant

Essential job functions include maintaining state-aided public housing and private housing waitlists, preparing reports, direct support for property managers including: preparing lists of upcoming tenant re-certifications to be completed and sending recertification packets in advance.

Qualifications: One (1) year of secretarial experience, preferred with a High school degree or equivalent. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
